Rubber compound, filter paper, frames and housings are checked against the material specification before entering the line. Batch records are kept for full traceability.
Automated lines run with continuous process checks on pleat height, frame bonding and blade assembly tension, so drift is caught during the run rather than after it.
Rubber hardness and aging tests, 50,000-cycle wipe testing on wiper blades, and salt-spray corrosion testing on frames and metal parts.
Filter paper is measured for filtration efficiency and dust-holding capacity on filtration efficiency testers, with the results recorded for each batch.
A final inspection on every batch before packing: appearance, dimensions, fitment against the reference sample, and packaging integrity.
Loading photos and the container seal number are recorded and shared with the buyer before departure.
